The latest data from Statistics Canada reveals that wages and the number of people getting paid jobs in Canada both increased in November last year.
In his Payroll employment, earnings and hours of work and job vacancies, November 2022 report, the Statistical and Demographic Services agency reveals that salaries during this month rose by 4.2% compared to the previous year and that 7,100 more people in Canada took paid jobs.
In the service sector, 13,500 more people got jobs in November last year.
