HEARING REPORT – At the helm, this former secretary in the army denied having fomented a plan to attack the Élysée.

Delphine T. represented, for the Barjols, a recruit of choice. Former commander in the army, ex-officer of the DGSI, she had sacred references. And ambitions to match for the group accused of having wanted, in 2018, assassinate the head of stateoverthrow the government, kidnap deputies, attack mosques, eliminate the mayor of La Mure (Isère) because he wanted to welcome migrants.

Mrs. T. saw far. She had a project for a new Constitution which would be promulgated after the storming of the presidential palace with the help, in particular, of “500 Russian soldiers dressed as French soldiers and groups of patriots”. To J.-PB, another executive of the Barjols, she had ordered, martial: “You will have to obey me so as not to take a bullet, there is no question of dirtying the carpets at the Élysée with your blood.”

She had received – from an undetermined source – instructions for assembling “a rail-gun type electromagnetic cannon”as part of the “armaguedon-elites project…
