Residents of a besieged Bedouin hamlet in the southern occupied West Bank said Israeli army bulldozers demolished six more homes in the community on Wednesday, leaving 28 people homeless.
The demolitions in Umm Al-Khair come after military bulldozers destroyed several homes in the village last month, leaving a quarter of the 200 people living there homeless.
Videos sent by village residents to The Associated Press show bulldozers entering the community Wednesday morning, escorted by at least one military vehicle.
Soldiers can be seen pushing protesters and Palestinians away from the demolition zone, and bulldozers can be seen crashing into small tent-like structures, knocking them to the ground.
