Cocaine and cannabis seized in visiting room

This Wednesday, an individual returning from a visiting room was arrested in possession of drugs.

“96 grams of cannabis resin and 4 grams of cocaine were seized from the man,” explains Jean-Louis Picornell, secretary of the prison union Unfap-Unsa Justice. The woman he had just seen in the visiting room was taken into custody.

A phone, a charger and a tear gas canister were also found.

As the prisoner did not put up any resistance, he was returned to his cell pending a summons before the disciplinary committee.
