“It can be saved!”: in Creil, 37 million to renovate the 999 private homes of the Roseraie

This complex of 999 homes is home to 3,000 residents, or nearly 10% of the town’s population. On the surface, the buildings are in fairly good condition, and the surroundings and green spaces are well-maintained. In reality, the health of this co-ownership — which employs around fifteen employees, including caretakers and maintenance workers — has been shaky for several years, particularly due to unpaid charges, estimated at around 35% by the trustee.
