Club goes on the offensive for Julian Alvarez

A major club has just started to recruit Manchester City’s Argentinian striker, Julian Alvarez.

Atletico Madrid are interested in Manchester City striker Julian Alvarez, who has not yet found a buyer. According to Argentinian journalist Cesar Luis Merlo, the Spanish club has started negotiations to sign the recent Copa America winner.

City will meet with the player upon his return from the Copa America in Argentina. City manager Pep Guardiola is keen to keep Alvarez, who has expressed frustration with his game time in the north-west of England.

Atletico, who have made contact with the striker’s management team, are following the situation closely. They could draw their guns fairly quickly if they are convinced they can get the player back.
