Ain. In Servas, the hammer attacker found criminally irresponsible

A former career soldier in great pain, a resident of Servas, who had attacked a neighbor with a hammer, was found criminally irresponsible. He will not go to prison but directly to the Ain psychotherapeutic center (CPA).
