Football. OL leaves with 23 players and without the undesirables in Austria

OL has announced the squad selected for the ten-day training camp in the Innsbruck region of Austria (July 15-25). Twenty-three players, including Nemanja Matic and Ernest Nuamah who went off injured on Saturday against Chassieu-Décines (7-0), have been called up by Pierre Sage and his staff.

Five players sidelined

Integrated into the preparation since the first day, the young reservists Romain Perret and Chaim El Djebali are on the trip, like the very promising Enzo Molebe (16 years old) and the Ivorian goalkeeper Yvann Konan (he is replacing Matéo Pereira, who is injured).

Rejected from the Euro U19, Mahamadou Diawara joins the squad, from which several undesirables have been removed: Dejan Lovren, Sinally Diomandé, Paul Akouakou, Amin Sarr and Florent Sanchez have been left out in anticipation of their expected departure from the club…
