Cergy markets: declared traders, invoicing… the town hall cheated by its delegate?

Civil action, on-site inspections and even recourse to a bailiff. The city of Cergy (Val-d’Oise) is showing its determination to dissect the operating mode of the markets entrusted to its delegate.

If the city can recover a few thousand euros, believe me, it will do so,” concluded the mayor (PS) Jean-Paul Jeandon.
