England have a date with history this Sunday night. The Three Lions face Spain in the Euro 2024 final.
Deprived of the title since 1966, the English dream of renewing with success after the disappointment of 2021 during the previous edition of the European Nations Championship (defeat on penalties against Italy at Wembley).
Present at the pre-match press conference this Saturday, England coach Gareth Southgate believes in his team to achieve the dream of the English people.
“II don’t believe in fairy tales but I believe in dreams and we have big dreams. We have to make these things happen. Tomorrow, I’m not afraid of what could happen because I’ve been through it all. I want my players to feel that fearlessness. If we’re not afraid to lose, it gives us more chances to win,” he told reporters.

The pressure is mounting on both teams for this Euro 2024 final. England wants to erase the failure of 2021 and finally triumph in an international competition. To do this, Gareth Southgate will have to field the best possible team.
