Spain and England face each other this Sunday evening in the Euro 2024 final (9 p.m.). Here is the expected line-up for La Roja.
If theSpain
advances with its certainties in the game, the eleven expected to face England in the final of Euro 2024 is not yet set in stone. The semi-final against the French team had been marked by 3 major changes due to the vagaries of suspensions and injuries: the starting line-ups of Jesus Navas, Nacho and Dani Olmo.
The latter will continue in midfield alongside Rodri and Fabian Ruiz since Pedri is out of this final. On the other hand, the uncertainty remains around the potential presence of Nacho from the kick-off. Back from suspension, the Norman has not necessarily given all the guarantees of safety during his appearances in this tournament. Will Nacho’s experience tip the balance? It is the big surprise of the day.
Spain with its vital forces
For the rest, Spain should rely on their usual animation and their vital forces. Unai Simon will be in goal, Aymeric Laporte will start in central defence and Dani Carvajal will return to his right side.
In the offensive sector, Spain will again rely on the liveliness of its young wingers Lamine Yamal and Nico Williams and the undermining work of Alvaro Morata. A malleable animation in 4-3-3 in which the very decisive Dani Olmo will navigate between the lines.
