Haliey Welch swooped in to rescue the hat firm hawking her “Hawk Tuah” merch … spitting out some money to keep the biz working.

Jason Poteetefounding father of Fathead Threads, in Lewisburg, TN tells TMZ … Haliey not too long ago loaned his firm $10K in a determined time of need, serving to save the corporate.

Where is the model? “Hawk Tuah” hats have been promoting like hotcakes since Haliey went viral last month for her NSFW road interview, Jason says nearly all of the $190,000 in gross sales have been locked up in a PayPal account.

Jason says he could not enter the funds — claiming PayPal was satisfied he was working a fraudulent biz because of the large variety of gross sales in such a short interval — and did not have the cash to satisfy excellent orders.
