Soaps instead of cannabis: thirty years in prison for the fake drug deal that turned into carnage

“I apologize to the victims’ families.” These were the last words spoken by Lucas Valfrey on the third day of his trial, this Wednesday, July 3, before the Doubs Assize Court in Besançon. For the first time, the 25-year-old addressed a word, a thought, to the five men he shot on February 29, 2020 in Grandson (Switzerland). Two died. Three were seriously injured in the head. They are now living with serious after-effects.
