Rhône. A TER hits cows under the Sauvages tunnel: 60 passengers evacuated

An SNCF train hit cattle under a tunnel in Les Sauvages, near Tarare. No passengers were injured. A large number of firefighters were deployed to rescue them. Early in the evening, an intervention on the line was necessary, while traffic is expected to remain cut until late in the evening.
