A full-circle second is unfolding on James Gunn‘s ‘Superman’ set — Will Reeveson of the long-lasting Christopher Reeveis flying into the DC Universe with a cameo in Gunn’s movie.
As you understand, Christopher donned the crimson cape for the 70s and 80s ‘Superman’ motion pictures … and, undoubtedly, he would’ve been thrilled to see those heartwarming pics on X of his youngest son hugging Gunn on set in Cleveland, Ohio, carrying on his legacy.

Unclear what Will’s position is strictly, but as you’ll be able to see, he is dressed to the nines in a slick Clark Kent-style go well with whereas dapping up Gunn, after which giving him a hug — all whereas others on set clap, so seems to be like he had simply wrapped filming his scenes.
One factor is for positive — he isn’t enjoying the titular position, as it has been stuffed by David Corenswetwho’s been rocking The traditional blue and crimson go well with round Cleveland.
Still, Will won’t have to do a lot of homework on the movie given his dad’s principally synonymous with the character — he took up the position in 1978’s “Superman: The Movie” and continued flying the ‘S’ on his chest for 3 sequels till 1987.
20 years after Christopher’s death, at the age of 52, Gunn is clearly hard at work on his new imaginative and prescient for the DC Cinematic Universe, set to launch in July ’25.
