For this June 30 election, a candidate is elected in the first round if he or she obtains at least 50% of the votes cast and 25% of the registered voters. He or she qualifies for the second round if he or she obtains at least 12.5% of the registered voters or, failing that, by arriving in the leading duo. Due to the high turnout, many three-way races with three candidates qualifying for the second round are expected.

1st constituency Anne Sicard in the lead for the RN

This was one of the constituencies targeted by the National Rally. Anne Sicard is in the lead with 33.6% of the votes cast, ahead of Maximillien Jules-Arthur (LFI), second with 30.8% of the votes. The outgoing MP Émilie Chandler (Ensemble) only comes in 3rd position (25.4%). The RN candidate was widely acclaimed in the villages. In towns like Persan, Beaumont and Pontoise, on the contrary, it was the candidate of the New Popular Front who dominated the debates. We are therefore heading towards a three-way race for the second round.

2nd constituency: Ayda Hadizadeh (PS) in pole position

“It is a great collective pride to have arrived in front of the RN. » The candidate of the New Popular Front Ayda Hadizadeh (PS) rose to first position on this Sunday of the first round of the legislative elections with 33.47% of the votes. The deputy mayor of Saint-Ouen-l’Aumône did better than the 2022 Nupes candidate Sylvie Geoffroy-Martin (27.10%). But she is followed by the RN candidate Nadedja Rémy who obtains 30.21%. The party’s departmental delegate almost doubled her previous score (two years ago she had collected 18.08% of the ballots). The outgoing MP (Together) candidate for re-election Guillaume Vuilletet must be content with third place (25.35%). The three candidates are therefore qualified for the second round. But the representative of the left urges him to withdraw in order to block the far right. In the meantime, she plans to return to the field to convince this Monday. “It was the vote of young people in working-class neighborhoods that made the difference,” said Hayda Hadizadeh. “We felt an awareness. And that is a message of hope. There is no inevitability, we must fight against the RN. »

3rd constituency: the outgoing majority member in difficulty

While 100% of the ballots have been counted in the 3rd constituency (Cormeilles-en-Parisis, Herblay, Taverny), the outgoing MP Cécile Rilhac only comes in third place with 23.52% of the votes. Emmanuel Maurel (NFP) is in the lead with 35.63% of the votes cast, ahead of Kimberley Lelaidier (RN), at 27.59%. In 2022, Cécile Rilhac came in second place (28.37% of the votes) in the first round, behind Carine Pèlegrin (Nupes) and her 28.96%. There will therefore be a three-way race, unless the majority candidate withdraws for the second round. “Another campaign begins,” explains Emmanuel Maurel. We will have to redouble our efforts to explain that France does not need to be divided, but appeased. »

4th constituency: Karine Lacouture ahead of Naïma Moutchou, Sébastien Meurant in ambush

In the 4th constituency, the far right has already inflated its European score. While Jordan Bardella’s list came first (23.38%) in this constituency including the cantons of Eaubonne, Ermont, Franconville and Saint-Leu-la-Forêt, Sébastien Meurant, candidate under the triple banner LR-RN -Reconqueste qualifies for the second round with 26.22% of the votes cast, in third position, behind Karine Lacouture for the New Popular Front (34.65%) and outgoing MP Naïma Moutchou (27.89%). A score down compared to 2022, where she obtained 29.03%. As participation was clearly up, it still totaled 3,687 more votes than in 2022 (14,084 votes against 10,397).

5th constituency: Paul Vannier (NFP) re-elected in the first round

Paul Vannier retains his seat as deputy from this first round. The candidate (NFP) comes clearly in the lead with more than 55% of the votes cast (55.73% of the votes cast). He pulverizes his score from 2022, where he gathered 11,218 votes (44.80%) in the first round, and relegates far behind his opponent from the National Rally Quentin Hoarau (18.80% of the votes), and Fatima Lignage (Together) and its 13.8%. These results are faithful to those of European women. The 5th constituency is where the RN had its lowest score in the European elections three weeks ago. The forces of the New Popular Front had totaled, on June 9, 58.12% of the votes.

6th constituency: Gabrielle Cathala (LFI) well in the lead

The candidate of the New Popular Front Gabrielle Cathala (LFI) was largely placed at the top of the votes this Sunday in the 6th constituency with 37.63% of the votes. She is ahead of outgoing MP (Together) Estelle Follest, more than ten points behind (25.78%). Annika Bruna, the RN candidate, also achieved a high score of 22.07%, allowing her, like her two rivals, to access the second round. The three candidates were already in the running in 2022, but it was the representative of LR who at the time took third place. At this stage, a triangular pattern is emerging for the second round of these legislative elections.

7th constituency: Romain Eskenazi (NFP) well on his way to taking his revenge

Socialist Romain Eskenazi, opposition municipal councilor in Montmorency, has made it halfway through the first round. The candidate (NFP) is in the lead with 37.94% of the votes cast, well ahead of David Quentin (RN), who is almost 4,000 votes behind (27.25%). Outgoing MP Dominique Da Silva (Ensemble) only comes in third, with 23.13%, but he is in a position to stay in the second round. In 2022, the latter won in extremis against Romain Eskenazi in the second round of the legislative elections.

8th constituency: Carlos Bilongo (NFP) re-elected in the first round

Carlos Bilongo retains the chair won in 2022 as of this Sunday. Over the entire constituency, he totals 58.27%… almost 39 points more than the second place, the RN candidate Thierry Fouchereau (17.03%). 9th constituency: Arnaud le Gall (NFP) dominates the RN in the first round

In the 9th constituency, the incumbent candidate, Arnaud Le Gall (NFP-LFI) came out on top with 40.73% of the vote (17,157 votes). This is exactly the same percentage as the score of the New Popular Front parties in the European elections on June 9. Elisa Demir (Ensemble-Renaissance) came third with 14.60% of the ballots (6,149 votes) and Anthony Arciero (LR) was fourth with 11.37% (4,789 votes). “I was hoping to be in the lead. Now, nothing is decided. It will be a second round where two visions of France will clash,” reacted Arnaud Le Gall.

10th constituency: Aurélien Taché in an armchair before the second round

It is not yet a triumph, but it looks very much like one. The outgoing MP Aurélien Taché (NFP) is leading the way after the first round, with 43.30% of the votes cast. He is way ahead of the National Rally candidate Lisbeth Macé, collecting almost double the number of votes (22.91%). It will be a duel on July 7, since the representative of the presidential majority narrowly fails to qualify. Sonia Krimi obtains 18.88% of the votes, but only 11.89% of registered voters, below the threshold of 12.5% needed to advance to the second round.
