Mathieu Madénian: “When you have a baby…”, the comedian confides in his important role as a dad

Happy father of a little Milo born in 2023, Mathieu Madénian confided this Sunday, June 30, to the microphone of Mohamed Bouhafsi in Focus Sundayon RTL. The comedian spoke about his new show that he wrote with the perspective of a “young dad” to talk differently about the society we live in.

In June 2023, barely a month before the arrival of his son, Mathieu Madénian had confided his eagerness to meet his child. “I saw him on the ultrasound, he looks like me. I’m so proud”, he had indicated to Anne-Elisabeth Lemoine on the set of C to youon France 5. He had joked that he would make his son a big supporter of Olympique de Marseille just as much as he was. “He already has all the equipment. Every year, he has the jersey!” he had also specified. Mathieu Madénian had previously mentioned the upcoming birth of his child at the microphone of Bernard Montiel on RFM. “Yeah yeah, I’m having a little guy! I’m warning you, it feels very weird to talk about it”, he had confessed.

Then, it is invited to Telematin in July 2023 that Mathieu Madénian revealed that he had become a father in front of Damien Thévenot. The latter had told him: “Congratulations, it’s a young dad who’s on our set this morning!” And the comedian responds with humor: “Yes, a tired young dad. Can I lie down to sleep?” He then took the opportunity to reveal the first name of his little one on the set of France 2. “A little Milo, adorable!”, he had made it known proudly. Mathieu Madénian also indirectly gave news of his son’s mother. He confided: “For me, it’s fine! I was a little tired the next day, a little headache, but hey, it’s fine!”

This Sunday, June 30, the forty-year-old dad went to the set of Focus Sundayon RTL, and he took the opportunity to confide a few words to journalist Mohamed Bouhafsi about this role so dear to his heart. “When you have a baby, when you become a father, you don’t look at things the same way anymore”he first assured. And to detail: “As soon as he smiles, it erases everything” even if the mornings are sometimes “a bit complicated” as he pointed out. For Mathieu Madénian, Milo is an important source of inspiration since he “Talk a lot” in his new show which he chose to call “A family show”.
